About Us

Candy Rose is the proud owner of Rose Residential LLC. Candy has over twenty years experience in the property management/real estate industry. Candy is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers which helps her and her staff stay educated in the property management industry. Candy works directly with owners/tenants in the initial process and is responsible for overseeing all accounts,daily activities, processing move-ins and move outs, and coordinating with vendors. Candy enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis and taking her Chow Chows to the park.

Victoria Rose is an Assistant Property Manager/Bookkeeper for Rose Residential LLC. She coordinates repairs with the vendors and tenants while communicating to all involved in a timely manner. Along with Candy, they both make sure to place in qualified tenants. In her spare time, she is usually reading books or writing and loves to spend time with her dogs.

Karen Romero is the assistant property manager. Karen handles calls , following up on repair requests with vendors and tenants. Also follows up with tenants regarding unpaid rent. Loves spending time with her pets and enjoys taking small adventures.

Keano assists us with our periodic property inspections to make sure the properties are being well maintained and that there is no issue. Preventative maintenance checks go a long way with your investment property. Yearly reports with photos are created for all owner’s and shared through your owner portal. Keano is also responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, stocking inventory, and providing administrative support to vendors and contractors . Additionally, maintenance coordinators will manage contractors such as plumbers and electricians to accomplish maintenance tasks. Keano loves fishing, and is an outdoor enthusiast.
